Deposits are to hold your slot for appointment and goes towards your balance.
Deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred to 1 reschedule 24-48hr prior to your appointment.
If booking children under 10yrs old be mindful if your child is tender headed the previous style needs to be taken down at least 2 days prior to their new appointment. Hair must be clean and detangled unless that is added on during booking .. Shampoo/condition/Detangle is not included in pricing that is considered an add on $40 which can be chosen during booking.
I have the right to refuse service
No call no show 1st time lost of deposit. Second Time you will automatically be charge 50% of that appointment .
3rd no call no show you will automatically blocked from booking.
Late fee $25 after 15 min anytime over that appointments will be cancelled.
